Constituencies:
Polling takes place at the electoral district level. Electoral districts, as part of a municipality, or from a municipality or from several municipalities. (Article 26 of Organic Law No. 16-10 of 22 Dhul Qi'dah 1437 corresponding to August 25, 2016 related to the election system).
With regard to the election of the State People's Assembly, the electoral district shall determine the territorial boundaries of the state.
With regard to the election of the Municipal People's Assembly, the electoral district determines the municipal boundaries of the municipality.
Voting offices:
Voters shall be distributed by decision of the Governor to the polling stations, to the extent required by local conditions, and by the number of electors required.
Polling stations:
When two or several voting offices are in the same place, a "polling center" placed under the responsibility of the head of the center is appointed and mocks upon a decision by the governor.
Mobile voting offices:
Mobile voting offices are attached to a polling station in the electoral district.
